By The Numbers - LFC hosts Brentford at Anfield

by Matthew Taylor

Hey Reds! After a hectic period away, the Reds are finally back at Anfield for a Premier League game. Klopp's men take on Brentford early on Sunday for Gameweek 22. The Reds are coming off a frustrating tie against a defensive ten-man Arsenal team in the League cup semi-final. This is sure to be a great game to watch against an exciting Brentford team. Hopefully, I haven't just jinxed it!

1 - This will be the 1st Premier League game at Anfield against Brentford. Let's make it a good one!

3 - Liverpool is currently 3rd in the league, but has played one game less than second-place Chelsea. Man City and Chelsea play each other on Saturday, so here's hoping for a tie in that game!

6 - It was an end-to-end game the last time out against Brentford. Producing a 6 goal thriller. Let's hope for something similar, but resulting in a Liverpool win this time!

9 - Trent and Mo currently are the top assisters in the league, both sitting on 9.

10 - Diogo Jota is now the second top goalscorer in the Premier League, only behind his teammate Mo. The Portuguese attacker is currently on 10 league goals.

21 - Liverpool is currently on a 21 home game unbeaten streak in all competitions.

31 - Liverpool is finally back at Anfield in the Premier League. It will be 31 days. since their last home league game, which was the win against Newcastle.

350 - The Boss takes charge of his 350th game for Liverpool!

1938 - You have to go back all the way to 1938 for the last time Liverpool lost to Brentford!
