Do you ship outside North America?

Due to licensing restrictions, we can only ship within North America.

Are your jerseys authentic?

Yes. We are an Official Nike dealer. What we sell in the shop is what is sold in the main club stores in Liverpool and all of our stock arrives directly from Nike North America.

Is your merchandise official?

Yes. We are a retail partner with the club and we only stock official merchandise.

How fast is Free Shipping?​

Free shipping is available for orders over $100 to the US or over $125 to Canada. Free shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days within the US and 7-21 business days to Canada.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes. Due to fraud we process gift card orders manually. Send Allison an email at to place your gift card orders. Gift cards are delivered electronically via email to either the recipient or yourself.

What is the difference between Premier League (PL) and Champions League (UCL) jerseys?

The difference between the two versions of the jersey are the shoulder patches and the font used for the player name and number. UCL Patches are worn during the competition and PL patches are worn during the 38 match games.  

The Premier League patches are made by Uni-Sport and are a vinyl/plastic material. We carry the same size/style that the players wear on the pitch. For the Champions League and Club World Cup patches they are made by Sporting iD and are a thicker felt style.  

Patches are applied with a heat press. Normal wear and tear can cause the patches to lift. This is not necessarily a quality issue as the rigid patch can be stretched if the jersey is stretched. For best results air dry your jersey as dryers tend to cause the most ruckus with the felt style patches.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. To exchange please return the original purchase and re-order. We are able to accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase (please see our return policy towards the bottom of this page as there are exceptions such as personalized jerseys). Once an item is returned a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Feel free to reorder at your convenience.

You issued a refund but I don't see it?

Once we issue a refund it takes a couple business days to post back to your original form of payment. If you used PayPal your funds will likely go to your PayPal balance. Processing time is typically a couple business days.

I have tried to submit my order several times and it won’t accept my credit card. What is happening?

Due to the rise of fraudulent purchases we require address verification. If an order is declined it is likely because the billing address doesn’t match that of the card.

How much is shipping to Canada?

We offer USPS First Class International, Priority Mail International, as well as expedited UPS shipping options to Canada. To estimate any applicable customs and duties on your package (that will be assigned at delivery) check out Canada Border Services Agency Page.

Does Anfield Shop pay customs, duties, or taxes for shipments to Canada?

Shipping charges do not include taxes, customs, or duties that may incur upon entering Canada.  These are solely the obligation of the customer.  The Anfield Shop assumes no responsibility for any charges.  Please choose USPS Priority Mail international if you need your goods quicker.  Unfortunately we have no control over first class mail international shipping times.

Where is my signed scarf? Signed print?

A small amount of items in the shop are shipped directly from the vendor. We put information in the item description as these items will arrive separately from other items in your order and require additional processing time.

Can I get a jersey personalized?

Yes. We offer the ability to personalize a jersey with your name/number or a player name/number at the time of purchase or via a send-in where you mail a jersey to the shop and we add the customization.

All jerseys arrive blank from Nike. So anything that is added (all patches, custom name, player name, etc) is made custom to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.

What's the deal with shoulder patches this season?

As of this writing (September '20) there is not currently a shoulder sleeve sponsor. This could change during the season and so we are offering both a single or double Premier League patch option to add to the jersey. Once a shoulder patch is added it is quite difficult to remove (and leaves a discoloration stain). Shoulder patches are a customization of a jersey and as such if selected the jersey cannot be exchanged or returned.

I am looking to visit Liverpool. Can you help me get tickets to a game?

The best way to get tickets is either through an official Liverpool FC Supporters membership or match hospitality packages We unfortunately do not have any access to tickets.

Yikes, my order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re happy to get a replacement in work. Please take a photo of the damage to the item and the box and send via email to and we’ll take care of the rest.

My tracking number says that my package has arrived but there is nothing at my house. What should I do?

Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. In rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

Our Policies:

Ordering is easy!  Just select a product using the “Add to Cart” button. When you are finished shopping, simply proceed to the checkout page.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.  Orders received during this period will be shipped on the following business day.  For 2nd Day Air and Next-Day Air, all orders must be received by 12PM PST to ensure they make the UPS cutoff.  If received after this time they will be shipped the following business day.

General Guidelines for all Returns & Exchanges:

  • • ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DATE OF ORDER.  For defective merchandise, you must contact us within seven days to report the item(s) defective.  
  • • The Anfield Shop is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.  We recommend that you have tracking information for all returns and exchanges.
  • • We are not responsible for merchandise returns based on Liverpool FC player numbers changing or players leaving during transfer windows.  
  • • All jersey sales with ANY name/number (player or personal) are final.  The reason for this is because all of the jerseys arrive blank from Nike and each name, number and patch combination are made to order.


  • • General Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges (see above) apply.
  • • To initiate a return, simply send us an email at support or call us at 1-360-598-2211. We’ll give you detailed instructions to send your item back.
  • • Once your return is approved use the shipping method of your choice to send the item(s) back to the shop.
  • • We are unable to provide a prepaid mailing label for returns.
  • • All jersey sales with ANY name/number (player or personal) are final.
  • • If you are returning an item for a refund and you used the ‘free shipping’ option on your original order, a flat $6.95 will be deducted from the refund to help cover the original postage costs.
  • • In the event that a returned item does not meet the conditions stated below, a maximum refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.
  • • Defective Items: In the rare event that you need to return defective merchandise, you must contact us to report the item defective within seven days of receiving the order. The defective item must be returned in its original (and unworn if applicable) condition with original packaging/tags. Please send an email to with the details and we’ll provide the next steps.
  • • Clothing: Returned clothing items must be unwashed with the original tags ATTACHED.  Clothing items with the tags removed cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations.  NOTE: All jersey sales with ANY name/number (player or personal) are final.
  • • Non-clothing items: All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.  Returns are totally fine but we need to be able to restock it.

  • • To exchange an item, please return the original item according to the return guidelines outlined above and place a new order.

Holiday Returns/Exchanges

  • • Buying something as a gift and worried it won’t fit?  No worries!
  • • All orders placed between 11/1 and 12/25 have until January 15th to request a return or exchange.
  • • The only exception to this are jerseys with any custom or player name. All jerseys are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.  If you are unsure on size give us a call in the shop at 1-360-598-2211 and we can help you select the perfect size from the start.  We can also personalize jerseys anytime throughout the year so if you’re unsure on personalization or size we’d recommend ordering a blank jersey to start.

Free standard shipping is offered to all US orders over $100 and all Canadian orders over $125.  All day.  Every day.

We ship to the USA and Canada and offer USPS (United States Postal Service) as our default shipper of choice.  Customers are notified via email with shipping confirmation and tracking number the day their order ships.   Priority Mail is our standard shipping method as it is traditionally the least expensive and fastest option for smaller packages. In the event that your package is damaged during shipment, please retain all packing materials so that you can take photos and provide information to claim for damaged content.

To estimate customs duties and taxes head to the Canada Border Services Agency as these fees can differ by province and is primarily determined by the order purchase price. 

In the event that a package is returned to us, if we shipped to the address you gave on checkout we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs.

Payments are securely made using your choice of our regular terminal or with express checkout by Paypal or Amazon.

If you see it, we have it!  Our HQ is located in Poulsbo, Washington and we have the products in hand and ship daily.  There are some products that are drop-shipped (aka sent directly by the vendor).  If that’s the case it is noted in the item description as the shipping times are sometimes longer.
